Real Talk | Low Ticket vs. High Ticket Network Marketing

What if the very things you believe are holding you back, your kids, your lack of time, your uncertainty are actually the catalyst for your greatest success?

We are moms, we are bosses, and we're living abroad.

And in this brand new season of this exciting podcast, we are boosting the woman-to-woman connection through our deep intimate conversations to pause, reflect, and go beyond the skiing deep.

And we are here to celebrate your unique journey.

No matter how old your business or your babies, or where you are in the world, you are not alone.

It's time to go deeper, understand better, and lean into more harmony and fun along the way.

We are Desiree and Iva, and this is Mom Bosses Abroad.

In today's episode, we're diving into a story that redefines what's possible for moms in the world of network marketing and direct sales.

Our guest is a powerhouse who's transformed her life, building a multi-six-figure business while raising three children and supporting her family's dreams.

She didn't wait for the perfect moment or a detailed plan.

Instead, she embraced the chaos, trusted her instincts and leveraged smart systems, ads and automations to stay present with her family and build one of the fastest growing enagic communities.

This conversation is for every mom who's ever felt torn between ambition and motherhood, for those yearning to earn their wealth without sacrificing precious moments with their children.

So if you're ready to be inspired and empowered, let's welcome Jessica Zalums to the podcast.

Hi, Jessica, we're so excited to have you here today.

Thank you so much for having me.

It's wonderful to be here.

We feel so honored.

I remember the first moment when I stepped into the space, I was just so inspired by you, by listening to your story, by listening how you actually go about this, what is not a business, it's really a lifestyle.

And what you're essentially creating and the vision you have set, not only for you, but everyone you've taken under your wing and onto the journey with you.

So I'm just really, really honored as well that today we're sitting here and talking and really diving deep into a lot of the things that are holding people back, because I think you have just so much to say about that.

I know Iva already gave such a wonderful introduction, but just to add onto that a little bit is that you are, of course, a mom of three, right?

And we're going to talk about the fact, the motherhood portion a lot more as well, but also the way you approach thing and how you empower women to really earn their worth, have a healthy relationship with money and wealth, and build thriving businesses that increase everyone's wealth, choice, and time freedom.

You are also a podcast host.

You're a coach and you're a mentor, and you're just so passionate about helping others break free from the traditional corporate world mindset, and really supporting each and every one of us to create successful businesses, not only to bring in financial abundance, but also greater freedom and fulfillment on every single level of our lives.

Thank you so much.

All of those things that you mentioned, I'm just like nodding and nodding, because it's such a powerful message for women and for moms to hear that they get to have it all.

They don't have to choose.

They don't have to choose between being a mother and having a successful business, or being a present parent and having money, or there's so many examples I could give, you get to have it all.

So thank you for such a beautiful introduction, because I'm so passionate about it.

I'm like nodding along as you're talking.

Yeah.

And it's the biggest thing, isn't it?

Because when we're talking to people, and especially moms, I mean, naturally, our niche and our audience is really moms.

We are even either expatriates living abroad, we are moms, we're mompreneurs, and we're raising little ones along the way and trying to grow business.

We are trying to do it all.

And we've spent many episodes and many seasons like really talking about that.

Can we really have it all?

Yes.

Like, I mean, it's not possible to do it all.

But I mean, balance is so last decade anyways.

But we've got to do it with harmony.

Like do we at the end of the day, is there harmony that we feel?

You know, we can't, like what you said, we can have it all.

Maybe not all at the same time, on the same day, but we can.

And that is exactly, I think, what we want to like talk to you about because there's so many moms that say, oh, I don't have time right now.

I don't, I'm so deep in motherhood, I don't have time.

Yeah.

What do you say to a mom like that?

Oh, this is such a big one to unpack.

So, it really, and I agree with you, it's not about the balance, it's about the blend, right?

And the blend of priorities.

What is a priority for you in this season?

And for me, I had a one-year-old and it still was a priority for me to build a business.

And here's why, because the day that you plant the tree isn't the day that you harvest the fruit.

So when I had a one-year-old, I was going back to work, I just had 12 months off work and I found this business.

It wasn't the most ideal timing.

In fact, it was the worst timing ever to start a business.

When I was literally starting a new job, I wasn't going back to work after 12 months of maternity leave.

I was starting a new role in a new agency, a new job, everything, putting my son in daycare.

Like it was a whole new, I'd never worked that way.

I'd never worked a professional job as a mom.

So I didn't know how I was going to feel, I didn't know how it's going to work, all of the things.

And the reason I still did it is because I knew the best time to have done this was yesterday, was previously, so that I didn't have to go back to work.

I was kicking myself that I wish I had have done it sooner.

The second best time was today, was just not procrastinating or looking at all the reasons why I didn't have the time.

I was like, I'm just gonna make the time because this is a really big thing I worked on when I first started this business.

And it started as an affirmation, it became a belief, and now it is one of my highest values.

You always have the time for that which is important and meaningful to you.

Oh, that is so powerful.

And it's felt in your body.

You know what's important to you.

I'm not gonna tell any woman what's important to her because she knows in her body that you know what is a priority for you.

For me, at the time of the business, when I didn't have the time in inverted commas because literally you would have looked at me on paper and been like she's working a corporate job, she has a one-year-old, we were moving house shortly after I started IBF to try and fall pregnant for a second child within that year.

So it definitely wasn't the right timing, but it was a priority for me to not work a traditional nine to five professional job.

That's what the priority was.

And I couldn't just leave.

We can't live off one income, and I live in Sydney, so I don't think many couples or families can live on one income.

And so it was a priority for me to be able to leave my job within 12 months.

So I didn't have the time, and most moms don't have the time.

But I can tell you now, if your child was sick and you needed to be there with them, you would find the time because that's a priority.

We always find the time and the money for that, which is a priority for us.

And so that's how you find the time.

Everyone has the same 24 hours in the day, but you can split it and the blend, right?

Not the balance, but the blend is going to look different based on what is priority in your life at any one time.

It's never going to be balanced, ever.

It's always going to be different.

Like sometimes your kids or your family or your spouse or extended family are going to need more time.

And other times you might be in a sprint with your business and you actually need to have a conversation with your family and be like, look, I've got big goals.

I'm running for something.

It's all going to be worth it.

We're going to celebrate by doing X, Y, Z when it's hit.

But right now, like, mama's on a mission.

Like, you know, this is I had this conversation with my kids recently and I asked them, like, what do you want as a, how do you want to celebrate when mama gets there?

And it was like, kids are so funny.

My four year old was like, I want to go to sushi train.

And my seven year old, I want to go bowling and have burgers.

I was like, great, you guys are so easy to please.

You could have said, like, let's go to Fiji or something.

But they were like, exactly.

I love it.

I love them.

Sorry, that's what we did.

And it goes so in hand as well with the whole concept of Mom Guild, right, Jess?

It's, I think that the Mom Guild gets overridden when your priorities come into focus.

And when you set the intentions in those specific tracks, the Mom Guild tends to be the biggest, I feel, one of the biggest saboteurs of our time.

And sometimes it can also be an excuse, right?

But I feel that it comes in as an excuse when we don't have that clarity of what the priorities are for us in that season of life or in that specific moment.

So when you were sharing just now, right, how important it is also to bring your kids into the mix, into what is going on, into looking behind the curtain as well, and to have a grasp within their developmental age, of course, of what we're doing, what we're trying to accomplish with the business.

I think it's also so powerful, right?

Like you make them a part of it to say, hey, this is my goal, this is my objective.

When we get there, how do you want to celebrate?

So they already invested.

It's like their own little commitment into it.

And I can still relate to that because we were also at a recent retreat with fellow ENADIC members and it was fantastic.

But at some point, my kid said, it's so unfair.

You guys are having to go into the adult spaces and you're not here with us.

And we're supposed to be all together on vacation.

And so it was time for us to really revisit what we were trying to do.

And we said, hey, look, you know, this is your holiday.

But for us, it's also a work that lights us up.

So it's not work for us.

It's something that we are striving to do.

And so we have to find a way to have that space together and that space where you get to go to the kids club and that space where you let us do a little bit of work on the laptop and find that harmony between all of us.

But also to tell them like, when we get to the milestones that we're trying to get to, we're going to be able to spend it on things that we love.

Like what would you like to do?

And so bringing that imagination of theirs really is so amazing.

Like what you shared as well, right?

Is to make them part of the mix.

So, yeah.

So what are the things, Jess, that help you keep grounded in that sense?

That you say, yeah, I'm on a sprint, or I know that I have to have a conversation with everybody about what mom is doing.

But what has helped you stay grounded or aligned through this season of motherhood that you can share with us?

I feel like the easiest way to stay really grounded, really on track, really almost tunnel vision with what you're wanting to achieve and what you really want it like, you know, the long-term goal, the vision that you want to get to is to commit once and not waver.

You know, and that doesn't mean that you don't, I've had two kids while building this business.

It doesn't mean I haven't had time off twice in my, you know, like six years building this business.

I've had big chunks of time, well, three times now, big chunks of time off.

The first two times, I had three months off because I was birthing children.

So I went like fully offline for three months, uncontactable, like in my birth bubble, you know, no social media, nothing, for both of my second and my third child.

And then just recently, I went offline for two months, just to have a bit of a break from social media, called a little social media siesta.

And it doesn't mean that I haven't still had my vision.

It doesn't mean that things weren't still brewing and like building and growing on the side and in the background.

But it meant that I had those times where my family were my priority.

But there's also been other times where I have made decisions based on my vision.

And that means, especially with kids, like it might look like actually putting my kids into care a couple of days a week when they could be home with me.

Like I've been, I haven't worked for someone for five and a half years now.

So my kids could be home with me full time if I wanted to.

But I wasn't where I wanted to be.

In what I was earning, in where my business was, in the growth that I wanted to have.

And so I made decisions based on where I wanted to be and the quickest way to get there with the least resistance.

And sometimes we, I love what you said, Des, before about, we can have it all, but maybe not all at the same time.

It doesn't have to be at the same time.

And maybe you wouldn't be happy anyway if you did get it all at the same time, because I've been there.

I retired my husband, he came home from work.

Nine months later, he went back to work, which is a whole nother thing I can share on.

But sometimes you think you want something and then when you get there, you go, that makes absolutely no sense for our family or for our finances or where we want to be long-term.

And I think just on the topic of kids, having them home full-time might feel really good for you.

For me, it doesn't feel like they're getting the socializing that they need.

I've got very energetic.

I've got two extremely energetic boys.

All they want to do is play soccer all day.

I don't want to do that.

I love cooking with them.

I love playing Lego with them.

But I love watching soccer with them, but I don't really want to play it all day.

So I love when they're active.

I love when my seven-year-old is at a soccer camp today, all day, nine till three.

He'll come home and he'll still want to play soccer in the backyard.

So, you know, and for me, I need my time.

I need at least three days a week where I can work on my purpose work, my business, supporting women, empowering women, doing my purpose work, you know?

And so you have to, yeah, like look at, okay, what is my vision and decide once to go all in.

Because this is what I see often in people is they go 99% in and that 1% is huge.

That 1% that you're not all in is the convincing every single day, convincing yourself of why to get out of bed and like why you should be building your goals.

Instead of if you go 100% in and you're like, I'm going to work until I get to this goal, until I get to this vision, there is no stopping that.

It doesn't matter what happens in your life.

I have had my mom live with me for five years with breast cancer and then terminal lung cancer.

It still didn't stop me because if I wasn't in this business, I would have been in a job and I wouldn't have been able to be there for her.

I wouldn't have been able to spend time with her, take her to appointments, just spend quality time with her.

I wouldn't have had a room in our house for her.

There's so many things.

So at the beginning of the episode, we were talking about the things that could be your excuses and could hold you back.

They also can be your biggest drivers.

They can be your biggest fuel.

They can be your biggest reason why you can't give up, why you have no choice but to keep going and actually build what you said you were going to build.

Hey, my mom.

If you've been looking for a way to make an impact on health, create long-term wealth for your family and design a freedom lifestyle, all while being part of an amazing supportive community, then listen up.

We found a business model that's not just about making money, but about doing soulful work that's truly aligned with who you are.

No more burnout, no more trading time for money, just a powerful proven way to create real change for yourself and others.

If this speaks to you, head over to mombossesabroad.com and watch a quick 30-minute video that could completely shift your perspective on what's possible for your future.

Because, mama, you deserve freedom, abundance and purpose.

Let's create it together.

Oh, I love that so much.

I love that nut is so incredibly powerful because you're right.

It all comes back a little bit to this.

The self-respect to yourself and the self-empowerment and to your vision and what you want to achieve.

Because yes, when we enter motherhood, we give a lot of ourselves to our children, to our family and to everyone's needs.

And for a while there, we come short.

We do.

Unless exactly like you said, we set priorities about what is important to us.

How can I make sure I don't lose myself?

What is important for me?

Is it spending time with, like you said, with your mother?

Is it spending time with like growing something that's so meaningful to not only you, but to everyone in the end?

And you know what?

I fall sometimes in that trap of like, you know, you go on social media and even like our peers, even like let's say within our collective and people's values are different, right?

Like they are like, oh, we now get to home school our kids because we're doing this, we're constantly home.

And like we don't have to send our kids to daycare because we're home and we get to do that for them.

That's a part of freedom.

For me, I love sending my daughter to daycare.

I do, because first of all, I know she's having a blast, right?

She's in a Japanese school.

She's learning Japanese.

She's like, it's amazing.

She's having a blast.

But in that time that she's there, I get to do my purpose work.

And having that fulfillment inside of me allows me to be a better mom when I go pick her up a few hours later.

Rather than always having this, oh, I wish and this and that.

And like, no, I like you do your focus work.

And that I think adds on to our role as being a mother, our purpose on that side.

So it's like, it's a win-win.

And when you get your values and your priorities right.

Yeah.

So like, can we talk about that for a moment?

Because this is the biggest, one of the biggest influences on parents, not just moms, is social media.

Being in other people's lives and looking at how other people parent and what works for other families.

When you're in that, it's very easy to be influenced by what you're seeing and what might look good for someone else.

Homeschooling is amazing.

If you're homeschooling, you're loving it.

Amazing.

I'm similar to you.

I don't particularly want, I don't think I'd be a very good homeschooling mom at all.

And also, social media is a very big influence.

And having off the back of, literally, I've only been on social media for two days, I had almost two months off.

And when you don't have a newsfeed and you have no influences from other people's lives, because I also deleted Facebook in that time, but Instagram is where I usually am, so it was a bigger influence on me, I wasn't seeing what was happening in anyone else's life.

No one was seeing what was happening in my life.

I was just internally processing things.

There was no influence of being like, even sometimes really powerful inspirational quotes, you can then take on that line of thinking.

And it's like, is that what you actually think, or is that just inspirational and it's from someone that you really look up to?

It's like, I've really started to question what I take on as fact or like what I allow to influence me versus what do I think?

If I was to think about this first, what do I think?

And it's like that, one of my favorite books is Untamed.

And what she says, what the author says in there is if you actually were like in a closet under the stairs and you were thinking your own thoughts about a problem, instead of asking for someone else's opinion, instead of asking a coach, instead of going and doing a healing session, instead of whatever, you have the answer.

You already know what needs to be done.

So even coming back to parenting and home schooling and stuff, like you know what feels good for you and you don't need to justify it.

Just because other people do other things, just because other people may not understand your point of view doesn't mean it's wrong.

It means that you are an independent thinker and you can trust yourself.

And that's the biggest thing as a parent is learning to trust yourself and learning to listen to your intuition and what is right for you and your family, regardless of what anyone else is doing.

That is so key.

It's also really key in business because it's really easy to compare in business and to look at what other people are doing and what's working for them.

And maybe I should do it that way because they're having great results.

And it's like, yeah, but what feels good for you?

What actually works for you?

Because I can tell you, even with the home schooling thing, during COVID, I had my kids home full time.

I had no choice because also with daycare, I wasn't an emergency worker.

So they were kind of like, if you're not an emergency worker, can you take them home?

So I was like, absolutely, happily, and I took them home.

And I was actually really stressed because I was trying to build my business.

I wanted to be building it.

And it brings me so much joy and pleasure.

And I couldn't because I had them full time.

It was really hard for me.

I did, I managed to still do it and get them to play in periods of time, so I could still work and do little bits and pieces here and there.

But it really was quite a stretch.

And when I was able to send them back, it was such a relief.

It was such a relief.

And it really showed me that at least I've tried it and I've realized that I hate it.

You know, I don't know.

I always say this with my kids, they're like, I don't want to try tomato, or I don't want to try that.

And I'm like, lick it.

I don't care what you do.

Just try the littlest thing.

And at least you hate it.

I don't care if you hate it, but at least you know you hate it and you've proven it to yourself and you've at least tried it.

I know, I know.

Oh my God, see, this is why Iva and I love having these conversations, right?

With other moms, because we really get to talk and unpack it and like just put it out there because often we have these like feelings of guilt inside of us because of all of what's around us.

And it's just so liberating to be like, we're not the only ones.

That's really good.

Now we can move on, you know, kind of thing.

So it's awesome.

That is a big one.

I feel that the whole I'm bored and feeling, I don't know why we have accepted that as a society, that we have to be the personal entertainer.

So for children, but this is, you know, a topic for another, you know, episode, but this children on board them and parents being so scared that their kids are complaining that they're bored and they feeling that they're coming up short.

It's a whole topic in and of itself.

But I guess that this conversation hints a little bit at the fact that when we are the ones that know exactly what feels right to us, we can be the best version for kids, the one that they need at that moment.

And when we realize that that is the case, then we're able to release and let go of all of that conditioning that is not needed.

But going a little bit back into the business aspect, Jess, what we wanted to dive into with you as well was not only that intention and that decision and that choice of saying, these are my priorities and this is the direction that I want to go, but also helping women understand that systems, technology, automation are also there to help us to create that container for us.

Like it's, sometimes we feel that there's nothing there that is going to help us stay supported and stay on track.

So I wanted to ask if you could share a little bit of, you know, how you came about to really set up all of the systems and how this business has inbuilt a lot of that in itself so that that is also another aspect that you don't have to worry about while you're navigating towards your goals.

Yeah, so I had been in traditional network marketing before this business and, you know, it's a great industry and I learnt so much being in it.

I was in it for five years and also it was so much work.

It was a lot of manual work and a lot of the strategies that you're taught, I didn't actually really align with, but, you know, it took me a while to be like, oh, actually I get to think for myself and be like, that's not how I want to build my business because, you know, I really respected the people that were teaching it and I really respected the results that they had gotten in their business.

So when I was looking for something else, I was like, I need automation.

I need leverage.

It needs to be a more sophisticated business model.

You know, as I said, I was going back to work, so I didn't have the time to be doing something that was really time consuming.

So when I saw this business, I saw that it's high ticket because that to me, that's part of it.

Yes, I also have amazing automation and systems that I'll talk through as well, but if I was selling low ticket, I'd have to make like 10 sales to make $1,000.

I made almost double that in my first week from one sale.

That is the biggest time leverage I could possibly have manifested in my life, right?

And so that was a really big selling point for me doing high ticket.

And to give you an example, because we're flipping our house at the moment, I love property, it's like if you were a real estate agent, would you prefer to sell a $2 million house or a $750,000 house?

You're in sales, you're selling anyway.

It's like you need the skill set of marketing and sales for any online business.

You're just selling a high ticket and you're leveraging and respecting your time more, and teaching a vehicle that's more powerful when you duplicate this as well.

And high ticket doesn't mean expensive, it means more value.

It means that it is high value.

That's what it is.

So that made a lot of sense to me.

Then I saw that I'd actually been searching.

It's like so funny that this business is so, you know, one of the biggest strategies that we teach is ads, paid ads on social media through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, whatever your heart desires.

I had been looking for that.

I wanted a mentor.

I had no money because I was making like, you know, a couple hundred dollars a week in my business.

Like, a good week was like $500 a week.

So I didn't really have any money to invest into like a coach or anything.

But I really was searching for answers on how to do social media ads.

How could I, like, have a little bit more automation, have, like, reach a bigger audience?

I didn't have a big following.

I didn't want to be spamming friends and family.

How could I do it?

And then in this business, one of the first things I saw was that there was training on how to do social media ads.

And I was like, the business gods have spoken.

Like, you know, this is what I've been searching for.

Like, I wanted to build that way.

And I saw that there was so much power in that.

I just didn't know how to do it.

So when I started this business, I went hell for leather on ads.

Like, I just, like, really, you know, learnt the skills, did the training, failed forward, failed forward so much.

Like, I cannot tell you how many flopped ads I've had.

Way more flops than, you know, successes.

And that's any entrepreneurial journey, right?

And that's how I made my first $10,000 in this business, was through ads.

In my first four months, it was all through ads.

So learning that skill set was so key, and that was part of the time leverage, right?

That was the time leverage of getting leads in daily, like lead generation.

Then in terms of the systems and the automation, having someone else do the sales calls, having tools and webinars and trainings, and all of these things to send to people, so that I was in my inbox and responding to people, but I didn't have to have an hour phone call, like sales call with someone, because I was an account director in a PR agency.

Like it wasn't just a nine to five job.

If I had to do something, often I'd have to clock back on at night, because I've left early, really early.

Leaving at five is extremely early, leaving a profession.

No one leaves at five.

You know, so often I was logging back on to finish my day job at night.

So if I didn't have these savvy systems of like outsourcing the sales call, someone else more experienced than me doing the sales call for me, and all these tools and systems that we use, and even the duplication of the education and having people further along the journey who have results, who understand the business, who are kicking huge goals in the business, doing the education for the people I was bringing in, I wouldn't have even started this business because there just wouldn't have been the appeal there for me to do everything manually, because I'd done that.

I had done that in traditional network marketing, and it was so much work, and I'd learnt from that experience.

I learnt so much in terms of the skill set that I bought into this business, which is what I'm really, really grateful for.

And I also learnt what I would never do again in business.

Yeah.

And moms are not looking for a second job.

They're looking for a leverage business model that helps them to get where they want to go to faster.

So I guess that is the biggest differentiator, is that you are stepping into something that has systems in place and automation so you can leverage on that, so that you don't feel like it's another job, after your job, after your mom's job, and all the other hats that we wear as women in our daily life.

Yeah.

And then another comment I hear sometimes like, yeah, but I don't want to seem as robotic.

Like you always talk about your systems and your processes, but I don't want it to be like all uniform.

And I want to give my personality and flavor.

It's like, well, that's exactly the point.

Because you're freeing up so much of your time through this automation, you actually have the time you still have to give to really from your heart nurture someone.

Because before that, I didn't have time to do that.

It was kind of like getting the volume in, right?

Repeating things 10 million times.

And now all of that is done for me.

And I get to really hone in on these specific people and nurture them so authentic, like from the heart, really.

And that makes such a big difference for me as well in the way I run the business now as opposed to before.

So, yeah.

So thanks to you for putting all of that into place for us, really, and birthing all of these like systems and these trainings and also together with the other founders, what you've like put together for us, like coming into the space with this wealth of knowledge, education, the systems, like you arrive and you can go at whatever speed that suits your life, that suits your season that you're in, maybe in motherhood or whatever season you may be in.

So that's absolutely amazing.

And yeah, what I know you do as well is you are such an amazing mentor for a lot of people in our world, and you're an amazing coach, you're an amazing mentor, and everyone wants to work with you.

So how do you balance building your own business?

Because I know you've just also achieved the rank we're all dreaming of, the rank we're all really aspiring towards.

You've just recently hit that rank, the freedom rank, the one that pays your legacy for the rest of your life and your kids' life and for eternity.

It's so beautiful.

But how do you balance building your own business while supporting and mentoring the others?

Yeah, great question.

I mean, for me, everything is always about time leverage and impact.

So how can I leverage my time and still impact as many people as possible?

So when I first started, I obviously didn't have a team.

I just had a couple of people and I was working a lot more one-on-one.

And when people join me, I do work very one-on-one with them.

But then as my business grew to like 50, 100, 200, now well and truly over 1,000, I don't know how much it is, but there's a lot of people in my team and I don't know a lot of them because they're under different leaders.

And so leaders create leaders.

I always focus on like who, the people that have chosen to join me and I work very closely with them and also my leaders because they are the ones that are actually impacting the largest amount of people in my business, right?

So if I can support my leaders for them to become the best leaders that they possibly can, then they are going to be able to support their teams at a higher level as well.

And then also how can I make sure that everyone in the collective has access to the things that we need access to, right?

So even going back to ads, it's like I can mentor quite well on ads because I've done them for six years now, right?

So but I can't go and look at every single person's ad.

So what can I do to facilitate that education?

Which is why I paid Kim Barrett to come in, who's one of the top Facebook ads experts in Australia, to do a course for us.

And then now we're doing an ads mastermind every second week to help with coaching that way.

So I'm always thinking about, okay, how can I support the team in a way that makes sense and is accessible to everyone and also makes sense that I'm just not like, my impact can be as as widespread as possible, which is where like group coaching and stuff is really good, but also our platform, you know, a lot of the education platform is from me because I've got 11 years experience in this industry and I've seen what works, what doesn't work, what we all wanted to move away from, you know, all of the things.

And I've taught from that place of like, you know, if I was to teach someone one on one, everything that I know, it's only going to impact one person versus impacting the whole team and giving them something that's actually going to be, you know, duplicatable for their teams as well.

So in six generations of people, they still can, like, you know, they don't need to teach that one on one.

It's still there for anyone to do at any moment in time.

So it's those like duplicatable systems and also thinking about like, how can I impact at the highest, serve at the highest in the most time effective way and in the most evergreen way?

So it's not only like, I do a call and that person, those hundred people are impacted today.

What about hundred people in two months time that might want to watch that?

How is that, how is there a system for them to actually still get the value that was in that training?

That is so powerful because as you say Jess, you are building assets that work long after the time and energy input that you put in to them.

Now, you just leverage them into the whole community that you nurture and mentor, and it's available anytime that they need it.

So if they are on the other side of the world and you're asleep, it doesn't matter, they can still find that support and that help and answers to their questions in that moment through that asset that you have built.

So this is fantastic.

I mean, we could continue, I guess, asking you so, so many questions.

But I think the main one to close off this powerful episode with you is, you know, what would be that one piece of advice that you would give a mom listening right now who wants to build something but feels that she can't do it all or she feels overwhelmed or the whole time trap excuse that she might be harboring in her head is going on right now as she listens.

If you have a desire in your heart, it's not going to change just because you don't have time.

So what I would say is in 6 to 12 months time, you're still going to have the same desire, but you won't be any further ahead towards achieving that goal if you don't take the first step.

So if the desire in your heart is, I really want to create something, I want to impact other women, I want to earn money for my family, I want financial independence, I want to earn a passive income, I want to build something that's mine, I want to be working from a place of passion, I want purpose, I want fulfillment, I want contribution, all of these things.

Like if any of that resonates, go after it because it will still be there.

God did not just pop a desire in your heart for fun.

Like it's there specific to you, it's unique to you, and it's there because it is actually your purpose to go out there and create from that space and create from that energy.

So it's not going to leave.

If you have that desire, I know this to be true because I had the same desire 11 years ago.

And even though I essentially failed in my first business and I didn't get to, in five years, I didn't get to where I want it to be.

So I'm very stubborn.

Most people would have worked that out after three years.

I was like, no, I'm going to keep forcing this and that's not working.

The desire was still in my heart.

I just had to find a vehicle and another way of doing it, that was more effective.

So the desire in your heart is not going to change.

Even if you think you don't have time, you're still going to desire it.

So work out a way, work out a way to make it work for you, that feels good and that lights you up and you still might be a hot mess.

And guess what?

You can build a multi six-figure business and have global impact and be so fulfilled being a hot mess.

I'm still one.

You can still do that.

And no one, as I said, like no one has the time, but you can make the time and it feels so good to make the time for you as a woman and your own vision, not just always your family, your job, other people, you know, putting everyone else first.

Like what do you want?

What is your, what do you want to create?

And go after that.

Gosh, it is so powerful.

And I hope to the one listening, it is really, this is what you get to create from your own part, from your own desires, from your own vision.

Take that leap.

Iva and I, we have recorded a very, very, to the point 30-minute masterclass that is going to outline exactly what it is we're doing, the impact that we are creating on many different levels.

And once you enter our space, look at what is available to you.

The mentorship, the guidance, it's filled with moms that have...

And the thing is, we're never alone on this journey.

We're doing this together.

And it's just the most beautiful and fulfilling thing because motherhood by itself can even be lonely.

Even just being a mom can feel lonely sometimes.

But this is just the contrary.

It gives you community and sisterhood while building that legacy business that you can pass on to your children.

I mean, we couldn't ask for anything else.

So thank you so much, Jess, for being here and talking to us.

I really feel we should start a little mini-series on this, Alos.

Yeah, there's so much that we would have loved to continue discussing, especially the legacy piece of it, because I feel like it needs to land a little bit more.

I mean, as you said, it felt a little bit like a failure those first five years into this previous business.

But at the end, what it gave you was that resilience, that stamina, and I guess that even more clear crystal focus of what you really want it and the ability to go after it.

So now the payout is this legacy income that is the gift that keeps on giving.

And I guess that for a lot of moms, the whole money aspect is something that is important because it gives us choices, right?

With more income available to us, it gives us more choices to decide how we want to mother, how we want to raise our children, how we want to educate them, what we want to pursue along the multifaceted personality that we all have.

So we definitely want to thank you so much Jess for chatting with us today.
