Yes, our bottles are beautiful. In fact, nothing makes a better accessory in the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom. A collection looks great on the shelf. But, the real magic is in the bottle, ann Young Living oils can be used in three primary ways.

HOW TO USE YOUR ESSENTIAL OILS

DIETARY

This method is only acceptable with the highest-grade oils, supplement-approved oils. This is the unique nature of our Vitality line. These specialized oils can be diluted in a glass of water, added to food recipes, mixed into smoothies, or placed in capsule. Before taking any essential oil internally, *test your reaction by diluting one drop of essential oil in the teaspoon of an oil-soluble liquid like blue agave, yacon syrup, olive oil, coconut oil, or rice milk.

TOPICAL

Most of our oils are safe to apply directly to the skin.* Carriers such as V-6 Vegetable OIl Complex extend essential oils and provide more efficient use. Always patch test an essential oils before using it on the skin. Each person's body is unique, so apply oils to a small area first. Apply one oil or blend at a time. When layering oils that are new to you, allow enough time (3-5 minutes) for the body to respond before applying the second oil. As a general rule, when applying oils to yourself or another person for the first time, do not apply more than two single oils or blends at once.

 AROMATIC

Cold-air diffusion atomizes a microfine mist of essential oils into the air, where they can remain suspended for several hours. Unlike aroma lamps or candles, a diffuser disperses essential oils without heating or burning, which can render the oil less beneficial and even create toxic compounds. If you do not have a diffuser, you can add several drops of essential oil to a spray bottle with 1 cup purified water and shake. You can use this to mist your entire house, workplace, or car.* Research shows that cold-air diffusing certain oils may support all manner or purposes in healthy lifestyle.**

*Consult a health professional before doing this. See bottle labelling for details.
