I am a mom of 2, that went through a switch & ditch journey when I found out I was pregnant for the first time. 

I learned how to lead my family and especially my little ones to a healthier lifestyle. 

Now, as a certified Metaphysical and Clinical Aromatherapist I help other moms do the same!
